Turn off music and lie on the floor. Perform 4-8 Rounds of box breathing. 4 second inhale 2 second hold 4 second exhale 2 second hold Nasal breathing only. This breathwork will aid in returning your body to a relaxed state post workout.

FAQs
Who is this training for?
The program will require you to perform basic exercises such as the squat, bench press and deadlift. We recommend that members are confident with these movements and have intermediate experience (2+ years) of training.
What if I don't have some of the equipment?
We understand that some of you may train at home or in a garage - if you don't have equipment then no problem - one of our coaches will be on hand to provide advice.
Do I need to join at the beginning of a training cycle?
In short - No. You can jump on at any point in the cycle - however best results will be achieved the earlier on you join each cycle.
What if I want a more personalised program?
If you're looking for a personalised program - contact us directly and we can get you set-up.
